Import from Local

1. Click "Upload" from the top menu bar.
2. Select your files:
   • Single-end reads: Upload 1 file.
   • Paired-end reads: Upload 2 files.
3. Check file grouping: Basepair groups files, but double-check for accuracy.
4. Add metadata: Add additional information about your sample (e.g. Data type, Genome).
5. Start upload: A progress bar will appear.

Uploads may take some time, especially for large files. Ensure your computer stays powered on and connected to stable internet connection.
