Basepair’s upload system is very easy to use.
📄️ How to Run a New Analysis on Basepair
To run a new analysis, make sure you have uploaded the samples you want to analyze. If you’re not sure how to do that, see our previous tutorial on how to add a sample to Basepair.
📄️ Finding and Navigating Your Analysis Results
When an analysis finishes running, you’ll receive an email notification that your report is ready. You can follow the link in the email to view the report, or navigate to it directly from your dashboard by clicking the relevant analysis.
📄️ How To Share Data With Collaborators On Basepair
Sharing a sample with your collaborators and lab members is really easy. First, make sure the person you’re sharing with has a Basepair account. If they don’t, you can invite them through the “refer a colleague” link at the top of the page.

How do I upload a sample with multiple files?
📄️ Uploading a custom genome
If your genome of interest is not currently available on Basepair, you can create it by uploading both a FASTA file and a GTF or refflat file. We’ll incorporate them automatically into downstream analyses.
